“Had a great experience working with Lowe's in Camillus for a number of things. Tim in the cabinets department was super helpful, he created a great layout of my kitchen and aided me with the purchasing process and countertops as well. I've always been pleased with the paint and individuals working that station. My only reason for the four stars was their delivery process. They call the night before and give you a four hour time frame. Home Depot calls a half hour before which is great. Lowe's called and told me they were ten minutes away and more than hour before the earliest time they gave me so I had to hustle to get there for the delivery. Overall really pleased with this Lowe's location!”

“I have purchased a washer, grill and soon a dryer!! nice easy transactions and knowledgeable staff.....salesperson Lou helped us in Dewitt and we have had great success at the West Genesee store as well.... also the delivery persons are friendly and accomodating... like the fact it is a smaller store and not overwhelming.... easy to find items you are looking for thanks!!”
