“My family has used this facility several times. It is an outdoor site with drive up accessibility. I never had any complications or damage to my unit. The entry hours are a bit limiting being 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. otherwise the monthly cost is fair.”

“Facility storage unit was very clean when we rented it and they even gave us a new lock to use. Love that they have auto pay so I don't have to worry about it at all. Easy to get into the gate with a code and driveway area plowed and kept clean during the winter. Great location (East Schodack) for us too. Would recommend to anyone.”
“It’s rare to come across a storage facility I’d recommend so enthusiastically. In an industry often plagued by sketchy operations, poorly maintained facilities, and nonexistent customer service, this place stands out as a refreshing exception. The facility is clean, the customer service is top-notch (yes, a real human answers the phone!), and the prices are very reasonable.
The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the security fence—there’s a large section that’s been missing for some time. While I still feel the facility is secure, I’d prefer a fully enclosed perimeter for added peace of mind when it comes to storing my belongings.
Overall, this place sets a high bar for storage facilities, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others!”

“Moved from upstate NY to Austin with 3 U-boxes. Drop off was great and the boxes were dropped with a forklift right where we wanted them. Pickup was just and great and on time.
Delivery was faster than quoted and access at the facility in Austin was really easy.
Extremely happy with the whole experience. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond and way a joy to interact with. Would rate 10/10 and recommend 100%.”

“OK. I’ve used this location several times, it’s convenient, right off the highway on and off. Never had a problem with the staff, very polite and professional. The other day while returning a truck that I rented, I went to use the restroom, which is a single stall. There was this young man sitting backwards on the toilet, using the tank as a desk, where he had all his drug paraphernalia laid out and was in the process of shooting up drugs. I have no idea if this person was a client of U-Haul or he just walked in to use the restroom. Definitely unacceptable. What if I would’ve walked in with my daughter and she had to use the restroom? And she walked in on this person without my knowledge. Something to bring to the attention of the U-Haul staff at 139 Broadway, Albany. Besides that I had no other issues with U-Haul. UPDATE. DID U-HAUL NOT UNDERSTAND THE REVIEW THERE WAS A PERSON SHOOTING UP DRUGS IN THE BATHROOM. IT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.”
