After needing a rental due to an accident, everyone here took the stress out of my day and I left a happy customer. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, going as far as even picking me up from my house so I didn't have to spend the money on a taxi service. Everything about my rental was perfect. It was clean, very well-maintained, and drove excellent and the team communicated all the details about my rental thoroughly so it was easily understandable. “It's always hectic at the airport and the rental car line is where you are tested. But Budget changed all that. Most of the work is done online before you get there. Fast, convenient and great customer service. Yes there was a line but it moved so fast, I couldn't complain. Knowledgeable staff make all the difference and that smile was icing on the cake. Love the cars, No surprises, that never happens.

“Im not sure why this place has received so much bad reviews. I found them to be nice and helpful. They are a smaller local shop which adds a bit of character. They had my car i reserved and I was gone in under 15 min.Side note my flight had got canceled at Christmas from Islip, this was the only place that had anything. I didn't catch the guys name that served me but he was under alot of stressed from angry customers with altered travel plan but I think it was just fine.If you read this you might recall me saying you made at least one customer happy, well you did, we are home in Tennessee and safe. Thank you very much.”
