“I had so much confusion in finding out how to get my boots repaired and I finally got in touch with Jesse at Miller Place and he explained everything to me and made sure I was taken care of. Couldn’t ask for better customer service and professionalism out of an employee. Red Wing better compensate employees like him because I was ready to give up on Red Wing Boots entirely and switch to Ariat or another brand until he helped me figure out my dilemma and reminded me why I choose Red Wing to begin with. Great customer service and quality products. Way to go Jesse! wish I could find employee's like you to work for me.”

“I finally made a stop to this amazing place, the selection of garments is amazing! It’s so unique to be able to step into a clothing store and actually enjoy looking at the options! “Boutique shoe store that seems to specialize in very comfortable shoes. Top name brands, and the most comfortable models in those brands. Selection is quite limited, but it's understandable for such a small store. But the selection is still quite impressive, and I'm sure you're going to find at least one pair of shoes that you like. During our first visit we bought four pairs of shoes. Not bad, considering that we only intended to browse the selection. We were so impressed with the high quality service from staff members Tracy and Sophia, that we came back two more times, each time bringing my 83-year-old mother who was just as impressed with the wonderful and attentive service that we received from the staff. So, between the three of us, we wound up buying 11 pairs of shoes in just three visits. Wow! I can't believe it myself considering what a cheapskate I am. LOL ?. We are definitely going to shop here again when we need new shoes ?.”

“Huge selection of shoes for all ages and genders. Nice, clean store that usually has sales running as well. If you sign-up you can accrue points and use those for other coupons and cash rewards as well. Sometimes busy, but staff is helpful and line moves fast. Parking lot is a bit of a mess, but the store is still great and the parking is free.”

“This store is fantastic! It’s very well stocked and organized and they always have great sales. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. Annette, the manager, goes above and beyond to help customers. I have never had a similar experience at the loft store in Lake Grove. The staff there gives off unfriendly vibes. It’s a much more pleasurable experience shopping at the Loft in Stony Brook. I highly recommend! Right next door is Madison‘s niche, which is also a really nice store.”
“Roger found me my favorite pair of shoes that has (unfortunately) been discontinued by the company. I have been wearing this particular style for years in numerous colors and they have been daily shoes in all aspects of my life. I have been hoping to track down a couple of pairs and a made a stop last week. Roger took the time out of his day to help me and managed to track down one of the last remaining pairs (in the color I wanted!)
