“I cannot even begin to list the reasons why I’m pleased with the service I received in this store today. We went in without an appointment to move four phones and an iPad from AT&T to them. On top of that two of the four phones were in other parts of Westchester. It was a lot of work. Our representative Ron was absolutely outstanding. He handled EVERYTHING. And I mean everything. It took a few hours to do it all and he did it professionally, thoroughly, kindly and with a smile. Many hours after leaving the store we had an issue with one of the phones that was not with us and we called to see if he was still there. Not only did he take the call but he told us exactly what to do and it took less than a minute to fix. Thank you Ron and the rest of the staff at this location.”

“I have lived in Yorktown for 30 years and have only purchased appliances from Atlantic Appliance. I recently bought appliances from Home Depot and upon delivery I was told that I needed an electrician and a plumber, even though I already paid them for installation. I refused the delivery and repurchased the appliances from Atlantic Appliance for basically the same price. The delivery and installation was professional and hassle free, no plumber or electrician needed. Tony in installation is the best!!!! Fran in sales is very knowledgeable and helpful, she is a true expert in her field. I even had a problem with the size of the refrigerator that I chose because of my cabinets and they exchanged it 4 days later without a problem. They truly believe in customer satisfaction.. I highly recommended Atlantic Appliance.”

“I am updating my sticky floor review and giving this store the 5 stars it deserves. Since my last review the manager (Moe) reached out to me and assured me they would be more mindful of the sticky floor by the slurpee machines. The last two times I was in, my shoes were no longer clinging to the floor. Boy, was I ever impressed. I applaud the manager and the employees!I've always said that this 7-11 has the nicest and most welcoming employees and now it's also the cleanest!Great job!!”

“I stumbled on "Accent on Music" by chance, I was looking for a record store. Something in the description made think they sold records. After I realized it was a Hi-Fi audio store I decide to go in and browse. Well I ended up participating in a mini -listening session with Bill test driving the new Rega Aya. I was so impressed by the speaker, I asked to reserve a listening session in which I could bring my own albums to hear through the speakers. After I decided on getting the speakers. On the day of delivery I had a very engaged conversation with Alma where spent about a half-hour discussing Joni Mitchell, luxury watches, weather, and scones. Beyond being great company, they really know sonics and how to customize the sound to your liking. I was so excited about the speakers that I accidentally flubbed Alma's name when I was leaving. I think I called her a version of the speakers and her name combined. I look forward to building a system with you in the future. You truly embody the title "Accent on Music.”
“I had visited this location over the weekend to pick up an Apple MacBook Air M2 laptop. I was assisted by Fransisco in the Apple department of the store. He was very professional and helpful with the questions that I had in regards to the product, and warranty services provided by Apple and Best Buy. “I find that Target stores and my experiences in each one can vary greatly from location to location. In a way this can be a positive thing - it makes going to a new location fun and exciting, like an adventure. I’m curious what this particular location might have that others do not. On the other hand , the difference can be too severe. There are times when a store has been under stocked, and dirty - as if it’s been neglected and rundown. Luckily this is not the case at Mt. Kisco. The store is well stocked, clean, fully staffed and pleasant to shop in. 5 stars all around!”
“Sound Ideas and their team are top notch! They have done multiple installations, talked me through issues that may come up (even during COVID), and most recently, reached out to Apple support to find a solution to a “grandchild incident” involving my remotes. Highly recommend!!!”

“Not sure why all the low star rating- perhaps I haven't been enough times to really get the feel that others have. I come to this Target because of their partnership with Ulta. I love their beauty section and how many products are available without going to an Ulta; I especially enjoy being able to pick up a few luxury minis for travel. I have been here 3 times now and always have a good experience with finding everything plus several other products my local target doesn't carry. Always clean and organized. Parking is a cinch and a dollar and hr! Great bargain.”

“On Friday I called Verizon wireless to transfer 1 number from 1 account to another the representative turned my phone off instead of. I was in tears bc not only did they shut my line off but 3 out of the 4 lines I use and none of my children were with me to get in contact with. A very patient and wonderful Verizon associate who is pretty new only been with the company 4 months called Verizon customer service on my behalf and over and hour later had my service restored I've had the number almost 25 years with Verizon. The whole team was empathetic and restored my faith in customer service Thank you .”
