“I just bought a new phone from the Verizon store and I wanted to compliment the young man who helped me. His name is AIDEN. He was very helpful and found the best phone for my needs. He helped me get the best plan. He ordered a new phone for me and when he saw that it hadn't come in, he checked and saw they sent it to the wrong store. He drove there to pick it up on his way into work! He spent all the time I needed to explain things. He was so pleasant that I will only deal with this location in the future. I had struggled with phone issue for 2 hours at the Apple Store and then AT&T online help. o I walk into AT&T on Greenwich Avenue and Dayana welcomingly invited me to sit down to resolve my issue. Dayana solved my issue in 10 minutes. She was very knowledgeable about the different solutions for the problem I was facing, explained the options very clearly, and then solved the issue. All while having great customer service, managing other customers that were coming into the store, supporting her other colleague, and generally being really calm steady and reassuring. It was an excellent experience. Thank you Dayana. I will certainly come back to this location for help in future.”

My review in 2015: They said it would take an hour to repair the broken glass cover of my iphone. It did. $75+/- including tax. Cheaper than taking it to a kiosk at the mall.
