“When the store operated during its designated/regular hours, customer service was steller. Unfortunately, the hours were recently reduced due to staffing constraints. Customer service is still excellent but be sure to call ahead to confirm the hours of operation before heading to the store. I hope they are able to return to regular hours soon.”
“This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”

“I really only go here when I have to do an Amazon return however staff has always been helpful and polite. Now there's also a kiosk so you have the option between staff or using the self service station which is really nice.”
