“Whenever I go here for a return, the blonde woman who works there is so pleasant, organized, prompt and kind. What a great employee, she always brightens my day. Especially when returning things that don't work- already a little aggravated from unrelated incompetence. She is a peach. Give her a raise cuz she's always running around and gets things DONE, quickly and the right way. Lovely to see you everytime mam, you are winning at life!”
“This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”
