Famous Footwear is a goto store for sneakers and back to school shopping. Prices are great and staff is friendly. Customers love the helpful and pleasant service and the exchange policy. Store #2817 on Brewerton Rd offers wide selection, though some sizes are slim picking. Overall, it is a place where customer service is at its best, friendly staff, nice service.
Went shoe shopping and Jilly was amazing. She was helpful and super happy. It was only because of her that I'm rating this so high. The cashier was miserable and slow. The manager walked away when there was a line 8 people deep. Jilly should train them on what customer service should look like.
