“Was out looking to purchase some clubs today and CNY golf shop and range did not disappoint. Kenny the owner helped me to pick the clubs I liked best after trying them out on the range. I was happy to have given them my business vs a big box store. I could tell Kenny is a great guy by the way he treated all his customers that came through while I was there. I would put this place at the top of your list if you’re out to find a new or used set of clubs. And yes they do fittings for the clubs as well.”
“Went shoe shopping and Jilly was amazing. She was helpful and super happy. It was only because of her that I'm rating this so high. The cashier was miserable and slow. The manager walked away when there was a line 8 people deep. Jilly should train them on what customer service should look like.”
“Individual attention from a smart experienced employee. I’ve been running for 55 years and was confident when I left. I ran 3 miles that day pain free. Thank you!”
“Excellent service. The associate read the scan of my feet and offered me many choices of sneakers for a perfect fit. The sneakers are pricy, but the health of my feet and other joints are worth it. It is great to have a professional service to fit shoes for my vey difficult and complicated foot problems.”
“The quick release on my daughter's skate broke and we needed it fixed right away for a game. On a Sunday morning (during the men's gold medal game), they replaced the holder within 15 minutes for a reasonable price. 100% competent, 1st class service, the best I've seen.”
“Great place to go for home fitness equipment. The staff listened to our home fitness goals and then customized various options to our needs while incorporating some of the equipment we already had purchased from them years ago. Did not push to replace any existing equipment either. They really care about what works for you and a wide range of budgets. On the install, they went above and beyond and installed the equipment in our barn about 150 yards from the road. Hauled the equipment through the snow no questions asked, installed, and the family was ready to use the new equipment. Just great to work with and highly recommend you stop in if looking for advice and great equipment and service.”
“Randy at Bullseye Coins was great. He was honest and very helpful. He took his time going through our coin collection and gave a very fair price. I highly recommend doing business with him. Irene Quinlan”
“Great Fly shop! I bought my first fly rod from this shop nearly 20 years ago. I bought my last one from them about a year ago. The new owners are good guys, they provide great service, and they always are willing to chat about the gear they sell. Support your local fly shop, you won’t be disappointed!”
“Great store to visit on Syracuse University campus for Orange apparel and merchandise. Currently the only one in the area due to permanent closing of other store down the street.”
“My first mistake was purchasing appliances from a big box store. Our delivery was delayed twice, and it was looking like it would take a month or more to receive everything if there were any additional delays. I decided to check out Ra-Lin's website to see what they had available. I was hoping they carried the same models we wanted, and my next concern was whether they had them in stock. I called and spoke with Cate, and I can't say enough about how helpful she was. I explained our situation, and she quickly put together quotes for the models we wanted. We completed almost the entire transaction through phone calls and email, making the process incredibly easy. Two of our appliances were delivered the very next day. The third arrived at the store a few days later, and we picked it up ourselves. Unfortunately, that appliance was damaged. I emailed Cate the same day, and she immediately responded, letting me know she would order a replacement and try to have it available as quickly as possible. The delay that followed was due to the manufacturer not releasing the order for pickup, which was completely out of Ra-Lin's control. Despite that setback, Ra-Lin delivered the replacement appliance 4–5 days later, and it was perfect. Throughout the entire process, Cate went above and beyond to take care of us. Her constant communication and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. The big box stores would not have provided the level of service and care that Cate and the team at Ra-Lin's gave us. We will definitely be purchasing our future appliances from them. Thank you, Cate, for the outstanding customer service!”
“Took my two young boys in for used snowboards, bindings and boots as they are new to the sport and I didn’t want to spend a fortune buying new. Owen helped us out with everything and was so helpful with sizing. He was so good with my boys. They are so excited to take their new boards out for a spin!”
“we got two pairs of shoes for our son, we were immediately by nate, he was VERY helpful and very personable. he made our experience very easy. thank you, nate at the destiny location, syracuse ny!”
“This is such a great place with wonderful service, I went to get my daughters 2 heads restrung. She loved the way Dave strung them. Her sticks were ready the next day and were perfectly strung. Very highly recommend this place.”
“I was at Famous Footwear Sunday July 7th to return a pair of Nike slides. I found a cute Adidas hat for my daughter on sale! The employees were very helpful & there were many clearance items.”
“I’ve ordered 2 slides online and got the wrong item for both orders. Calling the helpline was useless because they tell you to go to a store and get it corrected that way. I went to this store and had great help returning the items and getting the correct pairs ordered. They went out of their way to call me and give me additional details about my order. I have no complaints about this store from my experience.”
“Thank you to Jackson for providing excellent customer service during my return. I had a negative experience at a previous location, but this young man was extremely polite and helpful. Great kid!”
“I went in and they were semi busy. I was asked if I needed help almost immediately. When I was ready, they were more than willing to help. Found the right size, and the cashiers were really friendly. Overall fun atmosphere!!!”
“This is the one stop shop to get anything related to the Syracuse university sports teams. We were visiting from Canada and were looking for some souvenir type "Syracuse" merch and happily left with some great hoodies. There's all kinds of apparel for the whole family - tshirts, hoodies, sweaters, pants, fleece, hats etc in a variety of price points and brands. You can get basic Gildan printed wear, Columbia, Champion and Nike just to give you examples. The best selection and makes a great gift!”
“Just received my first embroidery job from Papas and it came out perfect. Quick service, quick production, perfect outcome and quick across the country delivery. Highly recommend. 😀 The picture is only a few that were left after my employees grabbed what they wanted. :)”
“Just went to DTRL for the first time and the staff, especially Tee, was so friendly and kind. The store has an amazing selection for sneaker lovers! Finally found a pair of Nike Dunk lows which I have been looking for a while! Thanks”
“30 miles into my bike ride today I got a flat and my bike kit was missing. I was able to stop into dicks and get everything i need to get back on the road. Super friendly and helpful staff!”
“Kim the sales associate was very helpful, she helped me out with the dick sporting app which I didn’t know existed and told me about a 10 dollar coupon I had which I didn’t know I had, Kim is the goat”
