Wireless Connections diagnosis the problem to the battery.Flashlight had also quit working, because of the battery. They put a new battery in it for $ 80 + (labor, new battery, etc). Phone works fine, no issues. Flashlight works fine now. Staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with.”
