“Great location. Good prices. Friendly workers.My only real complaint is that on holidays they take a whole lot more time off! Example: this week, Thursday is Thanksgiving Day and they are closed Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday too! That's 5 days they will be closed. I have a PMB There. A post mailbox that I Rent from them because my cheap Landlord up the street, Nastri, won't put in a doorbell system!! I am constantly having to deal with the fact that they are closed much more than the Post Office! This week I have a few packages coming on Friday and I will have to wait till Monday afternoon! The Mail also comes between 2:30 and 4:30 pm. That sort of sucks too!”

“You can always depend on the local company!! We have an office in TX that does most of our graphic work and ordering. We recently needed some print materials for a presentation here in Syracuse, when the "national" company couldn't get us the work on time and it was stuck in transit, Just the Right Stuff came in just in time!! They were able to turn our order around in no time. I called, immediately got a receptionist, not a recording, explained our situation and that we were desperate and they said no problem!! Our marketing and outreach teams are so appreciative and glad we don't have to show up empty-handed at our presentation!”

“I had to come into the store to get a document printed from my phone last week and they were very helpful to me. My only problem is that I'm handicapped because of my Ms and there's no wheelchairs to negotiate the store and this lady named Diana was a very big help to me that evening I cannot say enough about her or the gentleman that helped me at the front counter I will give definitely give the employees five stars but the store itself a one for not supplying at least a wheelchair to get around in the store. It's a good size store and I believe they can justify having one there.”

“My workplace has started using FEDEX to ship some items, which I've started being the runner for after work. This is the location I drop our shipments off to during my evening commute home. The staff here are always quick, helpful, and friendly whenever I walk in to drop off. I've also asked about passports here and they were really thorough on the timeframes. I have no complaints!”

“Beyond 5 stars! !! Zack and his crew at this office EXCEEDEDmy expectations for an extensive packing and shipping job of multiple old and fragile antique items. Everything was handled superbly from start to finish, including labeling box contents per my request. All items were packed with the utmost care. I occasionally do my own packing and shipping. I can tell you these people know how to pack and pad delicate items, right down to the blue painter's tape to hold the packages shut to prevent struggle and possible damage when unwrapping. The actual shipping and delivery was also seamless. I live in Greater Atlanta but these items were purchased from a dealer in the New York area who took my items for packing and shipping to this Fedex location. Everything arrived in excellent condition; zero damage or breakage. The crew was also kind and kept me updated regarding the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend this Fedex location to anyone with pack and shipping needs, particularly fragile items.”

“On Sunday April 3rd I was looking for a business card service to create a card for my various jobs and hobbies. There is a great number business card suppliers online, but my solution was found a half mile away at my local STAPLES. Staples offers an amazing array of cards for every type of business and need. These also come at a very reasonable cost. Where Staples created the need for me to write a Yelp! is how their customer service was far exceeding many of the businesses I wrote about. Ordered on Sunday night, I picked up my cards (hopefully my picture will come out on this Yelp!) that we're able to represent the different ventures I pursue. Jessie, the Print and Marketing Supervisor put together my order. She thoroughly checked every card and threw in a few extra for my wait. She was kind, attentive and knowledgeable in her working with me. On a return visit, I met Ruth. An incredibly helpful and friendly cashier who told me about future sales for teachers and upon request, gave me the directions on how to complete a survey for them. I missed it by one day unfortunately. What was amazing about Ruth and this organization is that Ruth uses a walker to sit on and to get around with the wheels. This tells me that Staples hires diversity and recognizes hard work not disabilities. Finally, I have always loved this store and the various teacher solutions and technology solutions that is provides. Do Salatino, the general manager, runs a good ship, helping employees, shoppers and businesses meet their needs.”
