One box had a small rip but he opened it there to make sure there were no scratches. I like the app they use. You can see where the truck is on a map and they let you know when they are almost there as well. I would definitely use this service again and recommend using them.”

“The store had a calm atmosphere for me while I walked the aisles to get the items I wanted to purchase. Happily, the calendars were clearly visible right up front, and that was one of my key reasons for going to Staples, for the two-year pocket calendars. One item I couldn't find, so I asked an associate to help. I mentioned all the items I was seeking, so he actually walked me to all of them! The reason for four stars instead of five is because I did have some trouble finding an associate who wasn't busy. At checkout, I mentioned emails from Staples saying I had $5 in rewards available, and the cashier easily applied that to my purchase, so that made me happy!”

I order live birds (baby chicks) through them and the lady called me at 8 am (30 minutes before opening) to let me know my chicks had arrived so they weren’t there longer than they needed to be. I’ve tried the Phoenix post office and others and they never called or reported my poultry arrived which is terrible. I will be using this office for now on with my online orders!”

“I go here for all my mailing needs as an eBay seller (and sending out holiday cards) and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Customer service is consistent, fast, and friendly. During times of high demand, there will be a more urgent, rushed nature but that’s all of retail. I had the pleasure of being helped by Christy at the Division Street Post Office in Syracuse, NY, and I can’t say enough about her exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked up to the counter, she was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful—even though it was the final half hour closing on a busy Saturday before Mother’s Day.
I had multiple items to mail—some personal, some for work—and wasn’t sure about the best packaging or labeling options. Christy patiently walked me through each step, offered solutions with zero judgment, and made sure everything was done properly. She even replaced a label I’d messed up and explained exactly where to place everything on a box I wasn’t familiar with.
What stood out most was how seamlessly she balanced USPS policy with genuine kindness. She didn’t rush me, made sure I received both an email and printed receipt as requested, and kept everything efficient. It was clear she takes pride in doing her job the right way, and it made a huge difference.

There was so much tracking and organization involved, and I honestly wasn’t very familiar with the USPS process at the time.
