“As a rite of passage in central New York, I hit a deer, or I should say a deer hit me. My insurance told me to take the car to Gerber. I had never heard of Gerber, so I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off, the staff was so kind to me. They provided updates throughout the entire process, and they finished the repairs well before promised. When I saw my car, it looked brand new! and they even cleaned the inside! When my car was returned to me, I noticed a few issues and when I reached out, they told me they would take care of it right away. Thank you for your excellent customer service! The only complaint I have and it is minor, is that loaner vehicles should be available like some of your competitors...but it's no biggie, we made it work!”

“My visit was amazing, 10/10 recommend ! My car had little scratches and paint marks from another car. The suave brothers took some liquid and simply wiped of the paint and scratches they also fixed carbon fiber tapping around my windows that the previous owner of the car messed up. They did all of this free of charge which I was extremely grateful for. They also support US troops which is always great! “I bought my 2013 xt4 from a very pleasant gentleman Ashley at Crest August of 2025. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person. I just brought it in for a new push button starter. Of course crest happens to be down a machanic which kept my car there longer than usual but having a warranty helped me keep my visit at a lower price. Although, just having bulbs put in the handles and lowest point in back bottom of car were way too exspensive to have done I was disappointed but my car is running and after not having to use my car for two in a half weeks I had an appointment coming up in which they kept up until that date. I’d rather deal with the men directly fixing my car and not the female secretary in that area. Overall it was ok for that visit.”

The three men working were kind, knowledgable, and had really good recommendations for what I would need to change my car battery. I only had a picture of my old battery because I was unable to drive by car there, so I think that says a lot about how good they are considering they only had a picture to base their recommendations off of.”
