“My IPAD Gen 6 battery died and Wizkid was able to fix it along with replacing a cracked screen. for a reasonable price. It was not an easy fix because they had problems getting the correct battery, I was pesky and they were very polite and respectful even though they were very busy. . I am happy that my IPad is working as good as new.”

“Great manager! Joe really went above and beyond for me. The only complaint is it was quite short staffed given it’s Xmas week. I waited 45’ before anyone was available to help me. Was there for 3.5 hours. Tedious process. That requires more staff to handle the volume at this time of year and on weekends, too.”

“First called this location and spoke with Joe. He was very confident and sharp with his knowledge of my phone problem I was having and so I decided to visit. Joe was there and helped me sort out my issues and I was able to leave with a new working phone in a super quick time frame. This place had good reviews and I'd like to contribute in saying they did a great job for me too!
EDIT: Second visit months later to upgrade my wife's phone and we worked with Jordan, who loves Taco Bell and is getting married soon. She was super knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
Still highly recommend this place, even across two different people we worked with. Will come back for any phone needs for sure.”

“The repairs on my wife's phone couldn't be done the same day, they needed to order parts. We were told the parts would be in, in a week, parts came 2 days early, we returned and had the phone back in less time than quoted, this was about 3 years ago, and the phone has been working flawlessly since!”

“I went to this boost mobile last month for a new phone, which I had already picked out online and they had it in stock. The guy working there was extremely helpful and in no way pushy to buy anything other than what I wanted. He setup my new phone for me, while he also helped another customer who was having issues. I was in and out in a matter of less than hour. I have to stay that this was by far the best boost mobile store I have dealt with!! Keep up the great work because it's hard to find great customer service these days.”

“This T Mobile Store on the 2nd Floor in Colonie Center has always, every time I go there, gotten me out of phone problems and fixed my phone. Their two employees , namely Gazelle & Ian work through all my phone troubles. Explain every question I ask in detail. They are determined to fix my phone. When I go to other T Mobile locations, they don't give any effort in getting me out of my phone troubles. I have been to T Mobile in colonies center, 2nd floor several times and they are always so polite and so helpful. Even when they are swamped with customers they do not rush. I will always go to this location when i have phone issues. I will always hope they are working there, unless they get promotions, which they sure do deserve. Don't want to get too corney, but they really do go above and beyond and make sure you understand the problem in case it should do me up in the future.”
