“I walked to the store at 9:00 on April21st as doing as they opened and I was greeted with a smile and good morning from Beth.
I told her my phone stopped charging yesterday and it is almost dead.
She did troubleshooting and told me I could charge the IPhone 17 on a wireless charger. She tried switching cord, blocks and outlets and figured it out!!!
She did note to corporate that I was in today and what my issue is, and I will need a new phone and I will be contacting them.
She was so sweet, nice, friendly and very patient.
