Pet Grooming

Hudson Hounds
290 Main St Suite 4, Cold SpringFinding a great groomer is hard to find. I’m so happy I found this gem. I had a grooming service for both of my dogs and they look great. I appreciate the time taken as one of my dogs is extremely skidish and can’t sit still. She did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend their services.

Pet Care

Animal Hospital of Cold Spring
475 Fishkill Rd, Cold SpringDr. Bach is generous with his time and expertise. He made house-calls at all hours of the night when our Lab was suffering from cancer, after suffering through nearly fatal chemo at the hands of another vet.
He recently saw our Raya Papaya one night when she got into a bag of Dasuquin.
I am grateful that his office is so close to us.

Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Cozy Corner Cafe
131 Main St, Cold SpringOur server Augie gave us awesome recommendations and we ordered based on them. The empanadas, a family recipe, were spectacular, as was the lentil soup, which was a ‘special’. Highly recommend this spot, great space, warm and friendly, and scrumptious!

Magazzino Italian Art
2700 US-9, Cold SpringItalian Art and Cuisine in Cold Spring With a museum ticket to view modern Italian art encased in a Brutalist building located amidst the rolling hills of the Hudson Valley comes the special privilege to enjoy a cafeteria-style museum restaurant that married the best of New York and Italian ingredients. For it's quality, the menu was affordable and fhethe service was thoughtful. I can't wait to try the future farm to table options as the menu changes with the season. The Chef is originally from the north of Italy, Chef Luca Galli, who at that time of our visit, was entertaining the founders and owners of the museum, a couple who are avid art collectors, Nancy Olnick and Giorgio Spanu. And nice to see them in the flesh. I came to a happy place, where food and art intersects beautifully and meaningfully. A hidden gem within a 1.5 hrs drive of NYC! #curious_eater @ketangonan #coldspringny #hudsonvalleyny #coldspringny #italianart
