“My IPAD Gen 6 battery died and Wizkid was able to fix it along with replacing a cracked screen. for a reasonable price. It was not an easy fix because they had problems getting the correct battery, I was pesky and they were very polite and respectful even though they were very busy. . I am happy that my IPad is working as good as new.”

“My phone fell in the toilet & broke. Felt bad about coming into the store an hour before closing, but Darrius took care of my husband and I without feeling rushed & even stayed an extra 20 minutes for us. He even mentioned that my husband could get a brand new phone if he wanted to for practically free that day. So we both walked out with brand new phones!!Darrius was extremely straight forward, personable, honest and patient. We were going to do this all online, but happy we stopped in instead. “I needed to upgrade to 5G but was apprehensive about how painful the process might be. Turns out, no worries. It was seamless and got everything ported over to the new phone. Whole process took maybe a half hour at most and was painless, not painful. “This T Mobile Store on the 2nd Floor in Colonie Center has always, every time I go there, gotten me out of phone problems and fixed my phone. Their two employees , namely Gazelle & Ian work through all my phone troubles. Explain every question I ask in detail. They are determined to fix my phone. When I go to other T Mobile locations, they don't give any effort in getting me out of my phone troubles. I have been to T Mobile in colonies center, 2nd floor several times and they are always so polite and so helpful. Even when they are swamped with customers they do not rush. I will always go to this location when i have phone issues. I will always hope they are working there, unless they get promotions, which they sure do deserve. Don't want to get too corney, but they really do go above and beyond and make sure you understand the problem in case it should do me up in the future.”
“I was a customer of Verizon since its inception and felt as a Senior they could've offered me more on a limited income. They didn't and the cost simply got to high and my service dwindled. Switching to Spectrum is a test. They offered a wonderful plan at a price i can afford, new phone, unlimited, and trade in value on my old phone. We'll see if they stay true on their promises.”

“Verizon was charging me for a bill I should have never been charged for. I refused to pay it. I spent several hours in total trying to handle this chatting with the live reps online and with calling Verizon on the phone. They refused to help me. I finally was able to make it to this store location and spoke with Shakira the manager and told her my situation. She was able to resolve the situation for me by reducing my bill to $0. She was going back and forth on the phone with verizon and stayed an hour after closing time so that I didnt have to deal with this any longer. Thank you Shakira”

“After much debate, I decided that my 23 year old, almost mint condition, Mercedes-Benz finally needed an upgrade. It was time to replace the cassette tape-deck radio and upgrade to a new wireless Apple CarPlay enabled touchscreen. After doing some research I decided to visit Boomer Mcloud in Schenectady. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the General Manager Joe. He was super patient and answered all of my questions without trying to give me the typical sales pitch. He walked me through all of the options available for my car and scheduled my appointment. I wanted to retain the classic look of my radio console so I purchased a console frame that matched my original but could fit a touchscreen instead of just my old tape-deck. Needless to say the technician customized the entire setup to fit as I envisioned. I’m very happy with the entire experience. Not only did Joe and his staff provide great customer service, they did an excellent job installing my custom frame, touchscreen and backup camera in under 3-4 hours as projected. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don’t have exactly what your looking for Joe will get it for you. I’d highly recommend this spot for your car audio needs, especially if you need something custom!!”
“For 6-7 months we had issues with our billing, where the rate that we were getting charged was more then what we were quoted while starting our family plan with T-Mobile. Months and months of phone calls with customer service, going to stores in-person, and being promised that it will be “fixed” on the next billing cycle only to be charged the wrong rate again and again. Finally we walked in to this specific store. Dennis took it upon himself to solve this issue for us, he made calls and contacted higher ups. He had this issue fixed in one day, and even gave us a follow-up call. He went above and beyond to make this right, and we appreciate his help. Thanks to him, we will keep our family plan with T-mobile instead of moving to a different provider.”

“I called ahead with questions and talked to Justin. Later in the day I stopped in to buy a new SE phone. Justin was great and made the transaction easy to understand and seamless. He spent time setting up my new phone and helped me to transfer everything over from the old to the new. He applied my new screen protector and made sure I had accessories that I needed. If I had tried to do the new phone setup myself, I'm sure it would have taken so much more time and would have caused me so much frustration. While I was there, two other customers came in because it is a busy location. Justin was manning the store by himself, but was able to help others between set-up steps. He is very proficient at his job and I hope Cricket Wireless recognizes the excellent team members who make them look so good!”
