“Chris Cole and Kurt Montanye were exceptional during my experience at Della Honda. I've worked in sales leadership and customer service for 25 years, and have also bought a lot of vehicles. Typically, you can feel the energy and vibe at a dealership and know fairly quickly the culture of a car dealer. I was looking to get a vehicle for my son, and my first visit impression was excellent. I was greeted quickly and kindly (all staff was friendly on the floor), and was given prompt and accurate information about the vehicle. Most importantly, Chris worked efficiently within my time frame, and respected my day. This self-awareness and customer service is hard to find. Della visibly takes very good care of their pre-owned inventory. My second visit with my son was even better. I was introduced to Kurt, and numbers were shared alongside setting up a co-sign opportunity for my son to build his credit. What stood out to me the most was they treated my son with the same amount of respect (eye contact, informative, almost teaching) as they did me. It was important to me that he saw what a flawless transaction looked like and learned along the way. Chris and Kurt took very good care of us on the money side, were not pushy, and overall were outstanding. This transaction from start to finish stood out among all the vehicle purchases I've made. This is a testament to the culture top down from the leadership at Della, and the commitment to maintain that culture for the end user. “My daughter is home on leave from the Air Force and her mother and I wanted to help her buy her first car. We got financing through our bank and shopped online. My daughter found a 2022 VW Taos online and made an appointment to come see it. We were introduced to Don, who took us out on a test drive. We really liked the car and the price was very competitive. Don was very professional and understood the assignment right out of the gate. He took the time to explain how every detail of the car. She really enjoyed the process. We liked the car and agreed to buy it.
We were then turned over to Leslie to handle the financing and paperwork. Since we had our own she asked if we minded running an application through them to see if they could match or beat the rate. We agreed and made arrangements to pick up the car the next day. She called that evening and beat our rate by .5% which was fantastic. They helped us navigate the title and insurance. Our situation was a little non standard with the way we put together the financing and insurance. Despite that we were in and out in an hour.
The staff there was very pleasant to work with and genuinely seemed to appreciate how special the experience this was to us. I would not hesitate to do business there again. They were very friendly and never pushy. When I declined some of the potential add on items I received no pressure.
Personally I want to thank Don and Leslie for making my daughters first car buying experience such a memorable one. She has a great low mileage car she loves and a very affordable payment.

After the tire was fixed I said to my husband, let’s go and see if we are eligible for an upgrade.we ended up going to the same person that sold us that equinox his name is Dave Barry. Sale representative was great, process was simple enough, I did most of it online, prices and trade in offers are fair. Would recommend, but would also warn you are at the mercy of third party shipping when you pay to move a car to your location.”
