“Pretty cool bank...they have a lot of money here LOLThe staff has always been super friendly. Since Coronamona has changed things a bit, this location has adapted wonderfully. There's now a security guard that will remind you to wear a mask. Those little stickers on the floor to tell you to stand 6 ft apart.But the best part is I always leave with more cash than I came with - thumbs up!”

“As many others have stated the movement in this place is SUPER SLOW. I have to come here to get change a lot since the chase across the street is closed.. everyone that works in this location is friendly and helpful but I just don't understand why everyone is slow with literally everything. It takes 2 minutes to get change anywhere else but it's 10 minutes or more coming here and I also come during my own work hours and it's super inconvenient to have to wait so long for something so simple. I'm sorry guys to have to put this review but hopefully you'll understand that time is precious! And those few extra minutes does a lot!!”
“I have just read the review for the Commack branch of Capital One Bank. I can't believe this is the same branch of Capital One that my husband and I have used for years. We've never had problems with this bank or any employee in it. The staff has always been very helpful and courteous to us. They always have a smile, good morning, or good afternoon for everyone. I understand anyone can have a bad day, however, our experience has always been a very positive one. I guess that's why we have not only banked with them over the years but have trusted them to re-mortgage our home. I hope the writer will make a point of sitting down with someone in management and give them a chance to make this experience a positive one. Just my 2 cents. K.R.”
“My teenage daughter started banking at TD because this branch is close to home. We opened an account together so she could learn how to manage her money and become more responsible. I accompanied her to open the account and have gone with her a few times since. The first time we went, I noticed a banker who was so happy—laughing and enthusiastically helping others—that it put a smile on my face. Each time I returned, I saw the same thing: this man always smiling. Today, I had the pleasure of actually working with him when I needed something notarized. I finally got to meet him—Darryl Gibbs. We started talking, and I discovered what a genuinely nice person he is. While we were chatting, a few regular customers stopped by to talk to Darryl as if he were a close friend. Darryl and I had a pleasant conversation, and when I asked him why he was so happy, he told me that he loves his job and life. It was so nice and refreshing to see someone so motivated and genuinely caring about his job, TD Bank, and his customers. This experience motivated me to pay it forward and write this note. In a world where people often focus on doom and gloom, and service workers sometimes don’t seem to care, we could use more people like Darryl. TD Bank, you’ve got a good one!”
