“I had something very unfortunate happened while I was away on vacation. I immediately called Bethpage Federal credit Union and explain to them what happened. They immediately put my account on hold and told me to go to a branch when I get back home. I walked into the Massapequa branch on sunrise highway and sat down with the Assistant branch manager Laura Mener.She immediately dedicated her time to me and did everything to expedite correcting the situation and told me that it may take up to 10 days to correct this issue. Laura filled out all the paperwork and followed up with me day by day on the progress as soon as I sat down with her I felt at ease and she made me feel confident throughout the whole ordeal that my issue would be corrected. Needless to say that it was within a weeks time that that issue was resolved. Laura was a wonderful person to deal with throughout this ordeal and I felt like I didn’t need to worry about a thing as long as she was helping me out. I highly recommend opening an account at the Massapequa branch of Bethpage federal credit union and working with Laura Mener.”
