“Assalamo Alaikum bhi.3:30 pm today I bought beef and if you see the cc photage, the butcher can clearly be seen cleaning nose with back of the hand. I appreciate your hallal service but please please train staff for hygiene along side hallal. Hallal means also best hygiene practices as Hazoor PAK taught us.I have been buying meet from Maharaja and other hallal places they use good quality tissue to clean nose water and never give an impression if meet was touched with nosy hands or sneezed upon. Please take my suggestion and boost your sale. Only because of this reason I buy it somewhere lease. Last time I personally complained the brother there but rather he used insulting words and told me not to make a purchase (buy some where else).Please bother to fix this issue and help Muslim community best hygiene in your store please pleaseI did not have any other way to reach you. I hope best”
“This place is honestly an addiction. Their meat is so much better than everywhere else. There are butchers all over Long Island but none of them are even in the same league. I Can’t recommend this place enough. They have specials almost daily and when they are legitimately giving you 2 additional meals every time you buy whaat you normally would anyway I’m not sure it’s possible to find a better deal. There is atleast 1 item we bought from C&C on our table every night. Even my dogs breakfast and dinner is bought at this store. I never leave reviews for anyone but this place is truly something special for anyone looking for the best quality meat.”
“Didn’t need a lot of food but ordered a half tray of chicken parm which is so basic and sold all over the place. Babylon meat market does it right!! Instead of piling chicken on chicken with cheese and sauce they lay it out on one large tray. Don’t know any places that do it like this. And they delivered a half tray only!! So delicious and generous portions! They don’t skimp on anything!!”

We ordered from their Oktoberfest menu- the goulash, potato pancakes, bratwurst & sauerkraut and the German Hero…The service and food was just incredible and everyone is still raving about it! “I have been going to Mathews Meats for probably 20 years. Moved from the neighborhood 3.5 years ago to Nassau and still go back. A family run business. The nicest people to deal with. If you don't see it ask! If you have a question....Ask! They will go out of their way to help you. Best Greek foods without having to go to Astoria! And the souvlaki's are to die for. Highly recommend.”

“What a wonderful store ?
The food is phenomenal! They even have a very specific style of sausage, Chevalatta, that my 94y.o. dad used to get all the time from Corona. It's a specialty and they had it! We got sausage filled with broccoli rabe, regular ring sausage, multiple types of taralli, and ravioli.
But what makes it completely worth driving across the county for me was the customer service! Kind, big smiles all around, just an absolutely delight to go there. I found them on a whim driving somewhere else.
I'll definitely be going back and bringing my Dad so he can reminisce as well as get more amazing food!

It's good to have a coupon or to know what's on sale before you go! I would say moderate to High+ in price but you're getting Great cooked meals, penne alla vodka, all kinds of prepared pizzas & pastas freshly made. Great homemade sauces. The freshest mozzarella. Also.. a very cheerful atmosphere during the holidays

“This supermarket has many of the typical offerings you would find at the larger brand named supermarkets but it also seems to also cater to hispanic items not typically found in the larger supermarkets. The prices are very very reasonable and it seems very well cared for and stocked. We dis not see any self check out and the 8 or so lines were staffed with employees that were very quick and polite. Everything appeared fresh in the vegetable , meats and the fish counter.”
