“Keila of Public Storage Hicksville Long Island NY was always behind the counter whenever we went there and ready to help whether it was providing us a key to use a cart or giving us access to a bathroom or selling us boxes and packing supplies. Keila must never have a day off! She’s always there. Anyway, we would have given 5 stars as the storage place is neat and clean, except we just moved out a day into a new month and learned they won’t prorate per day and we’re going to get charged for another whole for a storage space that is empty!! Really? After 7 years of paying on time each month? Really? Hello, can someone at Public Storage Corporate office look into this matter, please?”
“WOW, Im AMAZED that I received this level of care from a storage unit company. It was INCREDIBLE. The lady who helped me out, Dawn I think was her name, she went above and beyond her Call of Duty and made sure we were VERY comfortable in leaving my relatives, who had to move in with us for health reasons, belongings there till we get an opportunity to pick everything up. “This was a great storage option. Everything is state of the art, and folks were so friendly whenever we came in. There are also flatbed carts that you can borrow when you come in, and the facility is indoors and air conditioned. You control the garage, elevator, and storage unit lock through your mobile phone app, too. Highly recommend.”
