“My move in was on a Saturday with 2 PODS. It was not easy to work with PODS at this location and I will share why at the end. PODS drop off and the key was left at home. James Bambrick was able to assist in opening on container and they were patient (the team at extra storage) with allow POD to pick up the container as POD was not good in communication pick and drop off until the day off. For the pick up of the empty contain, the team was able to assist in making sure the containers were removed from the facility. Overall as a new customer, I like my experience so far. If they changes, the review will as well.”

“Extra Space Storage Brentwood exceeded my expectations for customer service and accessibility. The facility is kept clean and temperature/humidity are always perfect. Most of all, while one wouldn't think that customer service would come into play in a self-service facility such as Extra Space Storage Brentwood, it does---from direct front desk assistance to behind the scenes activity. I once failed to lock my unit properly; not only did the front desk reach out to me, they checked on the contents of the unit to assure all was well and took steps to secure the unit. Love their daily walk-arounds to assure all is as it should be in the facility!”

“Temperature controlled!!!! This was key for us when choosing what we affectionately refer to as “Our Commack Apartment”. Ample, secure space with easy 24/7 access to store our belongings. We evacuated Manhattan early in the pandemic and urgently needed safe storage unit for absolutely everything. The staff at LifeStorage were extremely helpful. Reassuring us that their temperature control would keep everything dry and protected from extreme cold/heat… especially any antique furniture or artwork. Also the pricing is fair.”

“I've been so pleased with my experience with Life Storage so far. The facility is clean, well lit and well run. As a small, petite woman, I feel safe visiting the facility at night, by myself, when I'm the only one there. The security is top notch and I like that the parking lot is secure as well as the rest of the building. I also like that you don't have to rent the dollies like some places make you do. The first month free deal can't be beat either! However, the best feature of Life Storage is the staff. We've been dealing with Jake and he's been positively awesome! Professional, patient, attentive and always willing to answer a million questions. He's just an all around nice guy and an asset at Life Storage. (Shout out to Jake - Thanks for everything!) This has been my first experience renting storage units and I'm so glad we choose Life Storage! With all the things I have to worry about on a daily basis, it's nice to not have to worry about my stuff being secure. Stop shopping around, this is the place you want to keep your stuff at.”

Thank you!!Just recently,A woman called the office, she had given my unit# saying she was moving out and her daughter was going to be there to move her unit being that she was out of state!!I got a call from the office immediately after that call to confirm!!Thank God that she had mistaken her unit # for my unit #.My point is they're 10000% The Best Facility to Store your belongings with. All of the move in deals including one with a free moving truck!I can only speak for the Deer Park location,So far I've dealt with the store manager, Dave and two other employees. They all have been 100% on top of everything!I totally recommend this Facility to everyone!!I almost forgot,Tell Dave that Jess C. sent you!!!You'll get to take advantage of special deals with a discounted rate.They offer discount program also!So let Dave know Jess C. I am at this facility every day and there hasn’t been a time during business working hours that I don’t see Melissa walking around the building just to check in and making sure everything is good. There has also been 3 occasions where Melissa called me saying that my unit was locked correctly. Keep up the great work.”
