I was hoping she could get credit for the sale in some way, but no she was just happy to be of help any way she could! Penfed has a great company culture and excellent rates (I got an autoloan in the past with them - I was told no origination fees or pre-payment penalty, and paid the loan off early without issue). Didn't know they had branches, and wish I had one near me!”

“Great local bank with reasonable or no fees (ATM and checking or savings balance based) with friendly efficient tellers and good hours - open until 5 pm M-Th and closing at 6 pm on Friday + 1/2 day on Saturday. They are so nice - the Manager even sent me a hand written Birthday Card. Nice touch! Recommended.”
“Be prepared no matter what come of day you come there will be a line and you will have to wait. Having said, if you can make an appointment - do so. In an age where competency is rare - very few can be trusted to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. This is where Kim (for chase private client ) comes in. In less than 5 minutes she caught a very severe error that could have had potentially major legal consequences if left unnoticed. Not only was she quick to find the problem, she was able to offer a solution immediately. Going forward I will only deal with Kim, I suggest you do the same. I hope she gets a ginormous raise tomorrow as she deserves all of it and then some. JP Morgan Chase, Kim is an asset, recognize!”
