“the things every one are saying are not true. I go there practically every day and I never see cockroaches and the workers are moderate nice. The only bad thing is that the timing for opening and closing is not right.”

“Had to get an emergency COVID prescription at 11pm. #1, the store had a lot of customers, but it also had maybe 12 employees all of whom were working. #2, everyone, from the pharmacy to the front desk, was NOT rude, & highly efficient & very pleasant. #3, I had waited on the phone for about 20 minutes to check with the pharmacy & when my call was received, Christy was exceptionally fast, efficient, but most of all, helpful. She didn't have the patient's insurance info on but since it was COVID related, they were able to cover it through government plans. They could have easily blown us off. But they didn't.#4, I showed up within an hour & just like I was told, the medication was ready. It took 2 minutes between the time I got on the line, for the cashier to get it, and for me to pay.There wasn't even a slight instance of incompetence, inconvenience, inefficiency, rudeness, NOTHING of the sort. For them to be the ONLY 24 hour pharmacy in a 10 mile radius, I was in and out from both the pharmacy & store. I took longer to find other items I needed than to receive service.Store was spotless & being restocked.It looks as though the one star reviews are for people used to immediate gratification.None of what has been said about this CVS was true. In fact, the other four people that were at the pharmacy section also said their service was outstanding.”
