“I recently lost some weight and needed to shop for smaller jeans. After several shopping trips, I still hadn't found the fit, style, and wash I was looking for. On Sunday, June 7th, I stopped into Buckle at Crossgates Mall in Guilderland, NY. I had never shopped there before and wasn't sure what to expect.
As a 60-year-old woman who previously needed plus sizes, I was a little apprehensive. Some specialty clothing stores can feel geared toward younger customers, and I wasn't having my most polished day. However, as soon as I started browsing, Tristen greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately put me at ease.
They treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine enthusiasm. After I explained what I was looking for, they quickly got to work pulling several options for me to try. Tristen listened to my preferences, suggested additional styles I might not have considered, and was incredibly patient throughout the process.
Thanks to Tristen's excellent customer service and knowledge, we found the perfect pair of jeans. Shopping for jeans can be frustrating, but they made the experience enjoyable and successful. I truly appreciated being treated as a valued customer and would absolutely return because of the service I received.

“I was visiting from out of town this morning during the farmers market, and a young gentleman named Antonio (I really hope I'm getting that right... there were a number of whiskey tasting stalls at the market, so I apologize if I've remembered incorrectly) was working at the store. I came in once, looked at a few things on my own, and left. I came back a little later, as my wife was trying some things on from the boutique down the street, and out of the blue, Antonio pointed out an entirely separate rack of one of the jackets I had looked at earlier. I hadn't foudn my size the first time, but there it was ont he new rack!! While I was trying that on, he approached me with another recommendation I hadn't even seen, and honestly probably wouldn't have picked up, but it was GENIUS! It looks fantastic on me. Great salesman, and incredibly helpful!!
I'm not even going to start on all the things my wife picked up, but she's been grinning since the visit.

“Been coming here for 5 years. Owner comes 2x a day to clean and if you have any issues (like machines eating money ect) he will refund you and assist you. It’s very affordable. Sometimes there are machines that are out of order bjt he does a good and quick job in repairing and replacing.”

Erica approached me asking if she could take the items I picked out to a dressing room so I could keep shopping, and then she asked me what I was shopping for today. I continued shopping and when I went to the dressing room, she told me that she also picked out some things I could try if I wanted and she had it hanging in the dressing room organized into multiple outfits. It was so sweet and I really loved a lot of the pieces she picked out that I wouldn’t have picked for myself on my own. “Fantastic experience, called to ask if they were plus sized friendly and they definitely are!! The owner Susan is super duper friendly and very helpful in locating items and matching outfits with accessories. Such a beautiful selection of clothes, it seems very carefully curated. I found an ABSOLUTELY gorgeous dress and it was a brand that's very expensive and I got it for $35. (Usually this brand is like $150 or so, even more). Such a steal. She also just happened to have the most perfectly comfortable sage green sandals to go along with the dress.”
