Felt bad about coming into the store an hour before closing, but Darrius took care of my husband and I without feeling rushed & even stayed an extra 20 minutes for us. He even mentioned that my husband could get a brand new phone if he wanted to for practically free that day. “I was in a panic because my phone wouldn't work all of my text messages and my voicemails were gone that meant so much to me because there was messages and voicemail from my dad, my aunt and my best friend who recently passed away. I went in in a complete anxiety, panic mode and Daquan assured me he would get everything fixed and get it all back! And he did 100% I can't thank him enough for his compassion and all of his help and his knowledge with getting it fixed”
“This T Mobile Store on the 2nd Floor in Colonie Center has always, every time I go there, gotten me out of phone problems and fixed my phone. Their two employees , namely Gazelle & Ian work through all my phone troubles. Explain every question I ask in detail. They are determined to fix my phone. When I go to other T Mobile locations, they don't give any effort in getting me out of my phone troubles. I have been to T Mobile in colonies center, 2nd floor several times and they are always so polite and so helpful. Even when they are swamped with customers they do not rush. I will always go to this location when i have phone issues. I will always hope they are working there, unless they get promotions, which they sure do deserve. Don't want to get too corney, but they really do go above and beyond and make sure you understand the problem in case it should do me up in the future.”

“Verizon was charging me for a bill I should have never been charged for. I refused to pay it. I spent several hours in total trying to handle this chatting with the live reps online and with calling Verizon on the phone. They refused to help me. I finally was able to make it to this store location and spoke with Shakira the manager and told her my situation. She was able to resolve the situation for me by reducing my bill to $0. She was going back and forth on the phone with verizon and stayed an hour after closing time so that I didnt have to deal with this any longer. Thank you Shakira”
“I was a customer of Verizon since its inception and felt as a Senior they could've offered me more on a limited income. They didn't and the cost simply got to high and my service dwindled. Switching to Spectrum is a test. They offered a wonderful plan at a price i can afford, new phone, unlimited, and trade in value on my old phone. We'll see if they stay true on their promises.”

“I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and have never regretted it. I dropped by here yesterday to get a new sim card. I was helped by a wonderful young man, Marco. He knew his business, was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike some places I've been, he made me feel welcome while he replaced my sim card and checked to make sure it worked. Anytime I need help in the future, I'm coming here!”
“For 6-7 months we had issues with our billing, where the rate that we were getting charged was more then what we were quoted while starting our family plan with T-Mobile. Months and months of phone calls with customer service, going to stores in-person, and being promised that it will be “fixed” on the next billing cycle only to be charged the wrong rate again and again. Finally we walked in to this specific store. Dennis took it upon himself to solve this issue for us, he made calls and contacted higher ups. He had this issue fixed in one day, and even gave us a follow-up call. He went above and beyond to make this right, and we appreciate his help. Thanks to him, we will keep our family plan with T-mobile instead of moving to a different provider.”

“I experienced such poor service at the Clifton Park NY Verizon store location that I decided to switch to AT&T. But before doing so I decided to try going to the Latham NY Verizon location where I had received good service in the past. The difference was like night and day. Latham staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am now staying with Verizon but will NEVER return to the Clifton Park store.”

“First called this location and spoke with Joe. He was very confident and sharp with his knowledge of my phone problem I was having and so I decided to visit. Joe was there and helped me sort out my issues and I was able to leave with a new working phone in a super quick time frame. This place had good reviews and I'd like to contribute in saying they did a great job for me too!
EDIT: Second visit months later to upgrade my wife's phone and we worked with Jordan, who loves Taco Bell and is getting married soon. She was super knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
Still highly recommend this place, even across two different people we worked with. Will come back for any phone needs for sure.”
