“The staff at this store have always been nice, cheerful, and pleasant to engage with. However, this week they went above and beyond when a package said it was ready for pick up but wasn’t yet at the store. They took the time to help troubleshoot, found the solution, and went the extra mile to call me with an update as soon as the package arrived. Plus, they remembered who I was (which doesn’t always happen in these kinds of situations).”

Especially when returning things that don't work- already a little aggravated from unrelated incompetence. She is a peach. Give her a raise cuz she's always running around and gets things DONE, quickly and the right way. Lovely to see you everytime mam, you are winning at life!”

“I am an Amazon seller and visit many UPS stores to drop off my boxes. This store is the BEST! They’re always fast and friendly. In addition, I went in last week to get some irreplaceable documents laminated. The person that helped me did a perfect job and was so kind, even thought it was difficult because two of the docs was odd sizes. He worked me with to do it just how I wanted. I’ve been using this store for years, and even though I moved and live further away, this will always be my go to store”
“This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”
