“I’ve never had issues with this location and love how close it is to me, however, I wish they would update their hours on the door sign and on Google maps to reflect they ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS so I don’t bother rushing on a Sunday to get over here. That’s twice I fell for the Google maps hours! They were months apart so I’d forgotten or thought perhaps it was only temporarily shut.”
“This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”

“Everyone always professional and courteous. Greet you immediately when you come in the store and ask how they may help you. They have a very good knowledge of all the operations from shredding to shipping to questions about pricing for sizes of boxes. Great company always clean very little waiting. Good parking.”
