She was just amazing.Then, when I had a problem, opening up the membership and uploading documents, I went to the physical branch in West Babylon. Chris was great there too. “I can't believe the bad reviews here - this bank is by far one of the BEST branches in long island. I drive a few miles out of my way to use the drive through because it's that good. The managers Miki & Nikhil will go out of their way every time to ensure you have a good experience. The tellers are quick and courteous as always. If you had a bad experience here, likely you're just a miserable person or wanted them to break the law to help you out. Have proper expectations , they're a BANK and they do BANKING awesomely.”

“This bank showed me the up most respected. The representative was very business and professional. She took her time explaining everything to me. I open up a checking & savings account. I didn't have the 300.00 min for the saving, but the representative let me know that I still could have saving acct. With just 25.00 every month. Going towards the savings account once it above $300.00 I could use it. Which I thought was great. And to top it off,this bank offers emergency advance on you checking, so say if there is a bill you need to pay.even thou you don't have the funds in checking account, you can withdraw the money off of you debit card from any Atm machine, but you will have to pay it back. But that was just awesome. A bank that cares.”
