“They don't have a whole lot of room to work with, so it was difficult getting to where I needed with carts full of new stock filling up the aisles. The staff is friendly, though!”
“Sam’s Deli is probably the best in the valley. Everything Authentic no Pork on anything which I love. But the freshness of the foods from the breakfast to they lunch/Dinners they know how to chef it up over there. Haven’t had not 1 bad meal and is my go to for lunch during work or if I’m lazy not wanting to make dinner. They got a forever customer with me cause when it comes to food being made right at a reasonable cost, and you know it’s made fresh this is def the place to go.

“Generally when I go there now, I have no issues. Mariah is helpful and professional. The young gentleman that was on when I was there which was a few minutes after 5pm today, 8-10-2022, is never friendly but that doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that he acts like it's a bother to do anything simple in addition to what he does. Actually not even additional. Today, I asked him if he could please put the 409 and wd40 in a separate bag from any of my groceries just in case one leaks, and so he pulled items out of one bag and tossed them in the other bags. Tossed can in with my bread and I didn't realize and he squashed the bread. Saw him toss the can in a bag but didn't realize with what as I saw that he wasn't happy at all. 1/3rd can't be used for sandwiches but not going to bother to get back in my car and drive back for an exchange.”

“Since Shelby took over this store the level of service has gone up tenfold. The lines used to be ridiculous and the staff was extremely complacent. However I must say I was in here earlier and a very unprofessional regional manager (I'm assuming) was chewing out management IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. I'm extremely disappointed by this behaviour, how she ever got to that position in retail is a mystery to me.”

“I support this grocery, they do a good job in product inventory. They have a decent deli too. Sales are decent. If not for this store I would have to travel almost 20 miles to get to a walmart.”
