“I had such a great experience here today. The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind and took his time explaining everything without ever making me feel rushed.
I came in with pretty basic questions about how I could improve my dad’s old bike, and he gave me genuinely helpful advice about what was actually worth upgrading. I ended up getting new tires, and the entire process was incredibly easy and fast. The price was also very reasonable.
What stood out the most was the customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel comfortable, especially for someone who does not know a ton about bikes.
I honestly could not recommend this place more. I left really happy with the experience and will absolutely be coming back whenever I need anything for my bike”

“I traveled all the way from NJ to get this particular bike my son wanted. Tommy was great, he held the bike for me because I couldn’t make it there for a few days. When I called to give him a heads up I can come a day earlier, I was greeted with the best voicemail I have heard in a long time. I am really happy I was able to purchase a bike from a family owned shop. When I got there and met Tommy and staff, I was immediately happy I bought the bike from them. My son was beyond happy when I came home with the bike because it was really hard to come by. They had a nice selection of bikes in the store, I highly recommend checking them out.”

We have been customers since way back and happy they’ve stayed right here in our community. Only issue which seems to plague this business is the hours can be unpredictable and what is typical is not always reliable.”
“Stopped by to have my chain removed from being stuck in the wheel. Total life saver! Took him maybe 30-min to take out the back wheel, get the chain, add a guard and reassemble. Tipped him 100% for taking care of it urgently”

“I visited this bike shop on a Saturday morning. Their hours 10a-3p. The owner is a very nice man who helped with providing me with a stem cover for my bike wheel. I also bought a bottle of oil for my bike chain at reasonable price of $10. And mentioned I had a new bike pump I could not figure out how work it, so he had me bring it to him and he demonstrated how to properly attach it to my presta stem. So happy to have visited this shop. And he has quite a bit of inventory and accessories as well.”
“Just a FYI place opens slightly after 8 AM, like 8:20 or so but this is one of the only bike shops open in the area at that time — started the day off with a flat, really quick and efficient service once it opened, they had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes, super clutch, great value too, got an inner tube and tire changed for $45 — you can't get a deal like that in most of the city. Another FYI this place is cash/Zelle only!”
“We were in a jam and needed the bike fixed right away. The front hydraulic brake locked up after removing the wheel, so we brought it over to Danny’s Cycles. No runaround, no waiting around, they took it right in, fixed it on the spot, and had us out the door in 15 minutes. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. “This is my go to lunch place when I can't think of anything else.The price is good and the portions are big.Even though it is in equinox (gym) you can just tell the people at the front desk that you are there to eat and they will let you in.I recommend $8 plate, where you can pick 3 differnet side dishes. I like the quinoa, turkey chilli, and the grilled vegetables.The smoothies are also amazing, but a bit pricey.”

“The team at Spokesmen is TOP NOTCH, they helped me over almost a 2 month time frame trying to find parts for my build and were constantly working around the clock to find parts that simply didn’t even exist anymore and to the point where we were theorizing to get the parts CNC’d.
In the end I Have a bike that I love dearly and will ride for years to come, I don’t care if spokesmen is Hours away from me, I would still make the journey to go to them than anybody else because of the amount of effort they put in for me.
This is true love.

“Had a great experience here and wanted to show Jimmy some love. I brought my Giant Escape 4 in to have a Surly Corner Bar, new shifter and grip tape installed. I had a few questions about the setup and he took the time to walk me through everything and make sure it would all work properly.
The bike came out exactly how I wanted. The Corner Bar completely changed the feel and look of the bike, and the new grip tape finished it off nicely. Everything feels solid and comfortable.
Really appreciate Jimmy and staff for taking the time to get everything right instead of just rushing through it. I’ll definitely be coming back for future bike work and upgrades. Highly recommend!”

The repair/ tune up individual, i forgot his name, he is the man of Hispanic descent, was also very respectful, courteous and very efficient at his job. “I meant to post this review about a month ago, shortly after I bought my bike, but I’m not someone who leaves reviews all the time. As for the reviewer who complained about brake noise, just ride the bike. Some brakes just need to be broken in.
The guys here were friendly and helpful. I told them what style of bike I wanted, and they showed me three similar options in my price range that fit me properly. They installed pedals and let me test ride all of them. Once I chose one, they made a few final adjustments, tightened everything up, and had me ready to go.
A great bonus is that bikes purchased here come with free lifetime adjustments, which is definitely a nice perk.”
