Their crocodile bread is so tasty. They also have delicious cookies and carrot bread. Their display of soaps, candies, clothes, etc are also great. They have coolers full of their soups and meats, etc. I love this place. It's so homey and fun while also being delicious. If you're passing through Hamden stop here. It's too good to pass up.”

14 Bridge St, Walton“Pretty decent store lots of goods they offer and definitely better than the family dollar when it comes to buying most things you'd expect from a dollar store with a large selection.”
“Love this store! Friendly check out people, steak prices which rival Aldi, local suppliers (corn, milk, maple, eggs), 6 cent redemption! Today we picked up a chuck roast at 5.99#, a slab of ribs at .99#, and a gallon of local milk with a cream top. We generally get produce from Hodgson Riverbank Farm, but supplement with basics here.”

204 Delaware St, Walton“I like the location in terms of my bank is right there off of their parking lot and should you need a grocery item you can run into the store which I don't tend to do as I am disabled and they don't accommodate the handicapped at all in terms of having any Scooters or curbside pickup. But for gas it's pretty much the same as any other gas station is”
“Stopped for gas and coffee/ I had a Stanly thermos and asked how much to fill it up and they said it was the same price as any refill /thanks alot we had hot coffee for the next morning at the campsite/ muffins were good too.”
