“I visited the Buffalo location on Great Arrow. My experience was over the top! The reason I stopped by, was to purchase more of the dog bones that my dog just loves. My five star rating is not just because the Dog treats are great, but the personal customer service and attention that I received while on site. How I was treated, honestly, was unexpected. I was expecting just a transaction to buy some treats for our dog. But to my surprise it was a more personal and pleasurable visit. Jackie, thank you so much awesome visit.”
“This is the best way I have found to get the corals I want at reasonable prices. I love the auction sales style. Gives me the control over what im willing to pay and often gets me a cheap frag that becomes a treasured fav! The livestock is healthy, typically opens shortly after introduction and has survived some unfortunate LPS alk instability where corals from other places did not.The online service - especially Randy- goes above and beyond during the entire process, from sales to ensuring safe arrival - and even with prompt answers to tank and coral questions anytime. With all the shipping challenges - like weather, work schedules, etc., this is important to a landlocked reefer. BTW, ARC's shipping prices during sales are the best I've seen.Even when I don't intend to buy, I love getting notified about an upcoming ARC Auction and will often watch. I usually end up buying. Love this store!”

“Absolutely love this place! Owner is extremely caring of all dogs and supports rescues as well! She collaborates with small local businesses and local rescues. She truly cares about every dog walking through the door! She is very informative of her products. Her store is so beautiful and cute! Even a sitting area for you and your dog to watch tv, a self serve coffee bar/snacks for you and your dogs to hang there :) she throws doggie events as well! Highly recommended”

“The customer service at the Petco in Williamsville and the Petco in Amherst is outstanding :-) I cannot say enough good things about it. This afternoon I called the Williamsville location to see if the loaches I was waiting for were in stock - Melissa in the aquarium department was so pleasant and helpful on the phone, even as the store was clearly very busy. I stopped in the store after work during rush hour and Melissa was again just above and beyond helpful. I had just missed a 50% off aquarium sale - but she let me know approximately when I can look out for the next 50% off sale - so I will not miss it this time. Melissa also took quite a bit of her time to discuss 2 of my aquarium set-ups (I have 10 aquariums and I always appreciate advice and tips as I am learning). She is very knowledgeable. I have a lot of bettas and cichlids - and we were discussing caves and hiding spots. She recommended trying out hamster/guinea pig plastic tubes as another affordable option, on top of the rocks/driftwood/caves I already have. What a great idea! As long as I have been into aquariums - that had never even occurred to me. Thank you, Melissa :-) My African Dwarf Frogs especially love the plastic tunnels/tubes I added to their tank. I added them to 3 of my other tanks and the loaches, bettas, and cichlids love the new hiding spots as well. In addition- Petco has an awesome aquarium plant selection! A lot of the staff at Petco have multiple pets - as do I - and it is always a fun experience to talk with employees at Petco who are as passionate about their pets as I am. I had a great conversation with the girl at the check-out this evening as well. I was buying a gecko screen cage along with my aquarium supplies - and she also had recently added a gecko to her pet family - so we discussed what we had learned so far, tips on holding geckos when they are young, and so on. Also - they matched the online price for me when I bought the cage, since I wanted to see it in the store before I decided to buy it. Everyone who works at this Petco is just so friendly and helpful - and there is always a manager nearby for additional or complicated questions. This goes for the Amherst location as well. I visit both locations frequently, and would recommend shopping at both of them for any of your pet needs.”

“We are so lucky to have a pet store like this in WNY! Great variety, high quality brands, and wonderful customer service. The staff have been knowledgeable and informative about what might be good options for my puppy every time I’ve gone in to get something (food, toys, treats, supplements, whatever). I would say the prices are comparable to online or Homegoods items as well; maybe a bit more but nothing outrageous and worth it to us to support local business. Love this place!”

“We took our 1yr old Australian Shepherd Maple into the beginner training class. We were skeptical at first, but decided to give it a shot. We are SO extremely glad we went through with this! Our trainer (Daisy R) is simply the BEST. Maple is not an easy dog and Daisy was so kind and informative every week. Maple graduated the beginner class today, and we are so impressed with the results! Daisy met the needs of each dog in the class on an individual level and provided Maple (and us) everything needed to succeed! We are so excited to sign up for the following higher level classes! I would 100% recommend Daisy’s classes to anyone!”
