My issue was resolved in less than an hour, and the entire experience was smooth and efficient. I will definitely be returning to this Mavis location. “They replaced my windows and both doors after someone hit my car. All parts they used were new and the car looked brand new after they painted, polished and detailed the interior as well. They worked with me through the insurance process, and the car couldn't have came out better. Plus they threw in a free thermos, new keychain and some air freshner. In case you need paint in the future, they give you a sample of what paint they used as well. 10/10 repair job.”

They did everything for me.. from calling and dealing with my insurance and getting me in a car rental ASAP. Also kept me updated on everything and was always very pleasant to speak too. “Came in with a broken ac. They inspected the car, identified a leak in the hose, were able to order the hose and have it fixed within a few days. Ralph was honest, fair and thorough. He showed me pics of the work which ended up being considerable - removing and replacing the bumper. Still, he kept the price the same as he had quoted and was honest about the whole thing. And ac works great! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for efficient, honest and knowledgeable repairs.”

“Victoria Orrego had me at “Hello!” I expected to receive lack luster and disinterested customer service as I have at previous locations and received the exact opposite. I was very determined to stick within my price range and not once did Victoria dissuade me or say, “No can do!” I came in close to closing but she gave me the same energy she would if it were early in the day. She really worked with her managers to give me what I wanted (and even threw in a lil’ razzle dazzle in the form of add-ons). I drove in with a 19’ Civic and drove out with my dream car, 20’ Accord (within my price range!!!) Thank you so much for your persistence, kindness, and wonderful aura. “I’ve taken my car to Omar 4 times over the last 2 years. Omar does a fantastic job helping the customer understand exactly what’s going on with the car, by sending pictures and videos along the way. His service is honest, straightforward, transparent, and efficient. Some chain mechanics and dealerships won’t hesitate to hold onto a vehicle for days, but I always get my car back from Omar within 24 hours. Cannot recommend this shop enough!”

“I needed wheel bearings asap. I reached out to LV Motorsports and they were fast and responsive. I had a quote in a few minutes (parts and labor) and I was able to drop my car off the next day and I was able to pick it up same day. They did great work and fast- my car runs so much smoother now. These guys know what they're doing. On top of good prices and quick turnaround, they also put my car thru the car wash before returning to me. A+ in my book!”
“This was my very first time at this shop. Dealing with other mechanics I was very hesitant,but the guys at this shop were on point with my diagnosis of what’s going on with my truck. They took their time explaining what needed to get done right away and what will need to be done at a later time. They were honest, precise, and very thorough. They said they will also call if while taking care of the current problem if anything else needed to get fixed. After the work was completed and they drove the truck to ensure the problem was resolved, they called and said the truck is ready. Two days later, they even reached out to me to make sure everything was working as it should and assured me if there is ever another issue with the truck they will fix it. I honestly don’t know of any other shop that goes to this extend. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone out there looking for top of the line mechanics 1000%
