Everything was perfect STAYING There in most insanely cold temperatures via feb 7-10th Food was amazing Chicken pesto Panini was ♡♡♡♡ ☆☆front desk Staff Was Super helpful nice friendly, not rude not unwilling...Iv stayed all over an this hotel Did ALL OF IT WITH great help smiles an just pure awesome vibes.
The overnight Front desk women I feel bad I should have wrote it down Debra or Gabriela !! SHE was the 2 am staff Front desk She was The best vibe an True Hospitality professional. They all were superb but she just blew me away with her Hospitality. GREAT job 10 /10”

“I was in The Kings Inn when I was 19yrs old with my son he was 7mons at the time , we was there for 9mons and I got my apartment and staff was great and my case worker at the time was great and handled my paperwork to make sure I was able to get my apartment fast , and now I'm 40yrs old going on 41 in August and my son is 22yrs old , so yeah, and it was a roach infestation but I found out years later that reason why I had the most roaches in my room is because my room was over the boiler and roaches like heat , But Thank God I'm out of any shelter *smiles*”

“I stay near LGA and JFK fairly often, and this Aloft location is easily my favorite. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, and the airport shuttle is reliable and prompt—something I truly appreciate when traveling.
The hotel is always nicely decorated for the season, which gives it a welcoming feel, and the rooms are super clean and very comfortable. Breakfast also offers a solid variety of options, making it an easy place to start the day.
Overall, a consistently comfortable and dependable stay.”
