Absolutely, the worst the website says look for Payless shuttle buts it’s AVIS. You have to wave the shuttle down? Just a terrible experience.

I see all the bad reviews but it was flawless for me! My appointment was 9am got here at 830am and was in my car at 8:45am. One person in front of me. They open at 8am I suggest getting here when they open it’ll be empty!
