“Andrew and Gianna were Awsome! The second you walk in, Gianna gets you, asks what you need to discuss and take care of, and keeps you informed of how long it may take. Some times it can get crowded, however, they are fully staffed! You can walk around arrest sir in benches while waiting. Andrew helped us solve every problem with charm, humor, and expert knowledge! Gianna also did the same as she walked over to assist at times. We were there a while, but time went fast, as a frustrating issue was solved relatively quick, with personable charm. They actually workers to save you a much money as possible. I highly recommend this store and ALL the employees (especially Andrew and Gianna), as I saw similar happenings throughout the store. “I recently switched back from Optimum to Verizon for my cellular device (from home by calling the 800#) and the sales rep on the phone told me I needed a transfer pin which I provided. I was told that there would be NO INTERRUPTION in service. I was told Optimum will disconnect and Verizon will automatically take over. Well, that is exactly what DIDN'T happen! The phone could not make or receive any calls. Essentially I spent a total of 4 hours on and off the phone using my husband's cell that day only to be told Tier 2 of tech support couldn't do anything else for me because they couldn't communicate with my phone and that I would have to take it to a local Verizon. Terrified I wouldn't get the issue resolved, I hoped for the best. Nicholas Brodeur who is an Assistant Manager at their Lake Grove, NY location SWOOPED IN AND SAVED THE DAY! He was SO HELPFUL and got my issue squared away with 15 minutes. A quick scan of my license and then whatever other magic they do there behind the scenes and I walked out with a working phone! IN MY OPINION, he proved invaluable and he should be recognized for his outstanding service!”
