“We are customers if this branch, it is a very busy location so yes I have had to patiently wait 15-25 mins for a bank employee to become available yet there are comfortable seating coffee TVs to keep you occupied. Staff is friendly a bit slow but I do thinks it's from the amount of people they see per day and there commissions I believed are based on opening new accounts etc so they try to slow the process down which I'm not a fan of but over all they are very friendly personable and they do get the job done. We have multiple banks and this is the best location to us.”
