“I'm not always crazy about decisions made by Chase Corporate ... however, over many years, I have learned that compared to many other companies, they protect me the best. A few times a year, the Chase fraud department picks up a potential theft of my money or charges to my credit card ... and contacts me BEFORE I even know anything is wrong. My experience with some other companies, well, they hold the money/charges in question for a month "while they investigate". Living paycheck to paycheck, I need that money ... with Chase, they free up that money WHILE they investigate, so I can still pay my bills.”
