“This bank is amazing. We arrived in one of those VWA Ubers ( Vehicles with Wheelchair Access ) as he was and is currently hospitalized. She saw us and motioned kindly t chair for me and a place where we weren't blocking other customers.Paola quickly unravelled his banking which had ground to a stop making sure that he was at all times physically comfortable and attentive even when he greatly digressed she never lost patience. He was just excited to be out of the hospital and he found her so engaging.Paolo is a treasure and I will be moving my account to Bank of America with this level of excellence”
“I am surprised that I didn't get any bad experience like others mentioned here from this branch. I was skeptical about coming here at first. But I have no choice since this is the closest one.
I came here mainly to close my accounts, and I didn't have to wait at all. I was handled properly by one of their staff members. I asked some of the questions that the stuff didn't have the answers to, but they went ahead and found out the answers for me and responded to me with all the answers in an email. I mean, this is a very professional service. I'm happy with their service in general.
Overall, I believe their service quality is no longer like what it was the 2 yrs ago. At least, that's how i feel from my experience. I would be happy to go back there if needed.”
