“This branch looked closed the first time I walked by. I needed to get some business done so I made an appointment online and showed up the day of. They are in fact open, despite the "permanently closed" caption on google maps. Sing was the banker helping me, she was very lovely and patient with me and her colleagues (over the phone). She actually ended up calling me the next day asking me to come in because we had forgotten one more thing during our appointment, and that went really fast too. It can get very busy sometimes (11:30am-2pm) so if that's when you come in, arm yourself with patience!”
