“I’m really glad that this bank has Russian-speaking assistants. It makes a huge difference and makes everything much easier when you can communicate in your native language. Their help really saved the situation for me, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you so much for providing this support!”

“There was an issue with my Valley secured Business Cerdit card to which I was really upset…. And Mr. Alfonso and Ms. Lakhram approached me with professionalism to see what was going on. They immediately start to call and find out the situation of what was going on. They could had easily stated go call the 800 number but they didn’t! They really took time to see what was the issue and really helped me out to which I am grateful and know they are my go-to to help my business grow. Thank you again.”
