Tenzin really took the time to ensure the transfer from my old iPhone and to the new one was smooth & seamless. He was helping me and other customers at the same time, but didn’t leave me hanging and checked in on my transfer process every 2-5 minutes. There was one hiccup during the whole process but his colleague at the store was quick to step in to help us. Thank goodness for people that are more tech-savvy than me!
