I was very fortunate to receive superlative customer service from Mikey, one of those genuinely good persons whose warm yet professional work ethic is not motivated by self-aggrandizement or competitive recognition. All the while, he reminded me of how my Wi-Fi modem issue was as important as his schedule. He was selflessly generous with his time and knew how to listen without being judgmental. I also noticed how courteous he was with other customers who clearly did not feel rushed or disenfranchised after leaving.”

“Easy to set up natural wireless without an appointment. When I did set up the routine appointment to get equipment updated, the nw employee showed up exactly at the beginning of the 10am to 12pm time slot, did everything smoothly, and left. Easy and the WiFi connection is solid for my phone, laptop, and tv 👍🏼. The doormen also told me nw is reliable”
“I can’t say enough good things about this Verizon store. Jai, the manager and his associate (I didn’t get his name) were both fantastic. I was trying to transfer to my phone online, and it turned into a nightmare of technical problems involving Verizon and Apple. I kept hitting one wall after another and had to go into the store.
Jai went above and beyond. He stayed past closing, skipped his lunch, and dealt with the endless runaround with tech operators, until he finally got everything resolved. He discovered that Apple had sent my new phone to the wrong address and they were still charging me. Jai saved me from being charged $1,500+ for the phone I never received.
Lesson learned: get your phone from a (this) store and not through online trade-ins. You’ll save yourself a massive headache.

“I recently went to this T-Mobile store to upgrade my Samsung S20 Note, and I had a really good experience. Not only were the employees kind, they literally spent hours trying to help me get all of my information transferred to my new phone. And when I mean hours, I mean HOURS! 😂 For some reason, my messages just did not want to transfer over.
Each employee took their time helping me while also dealing with a busy flow of other customers who needed assistance. Nobody made me feel rushed, and they kept trying until we got everything figured out.
I ended up with a good plan, a new upgraded phone—the Samsung S26 Ultra—and a good credit toward my new phone when I added another line, which worked out well for me.
Thank you guys for taking the time to help me out and being so patient through the whole process. I really appreciate it, and I’ll definitely be coming back!”

From the moment I walked in, he welcomed me so warmly and genuinely made me feel comfortable. I originally came in because of an issue with my phone, but Shadad went above and beyond to help me. He spent hours working through the issues, explaining the current promotions in detail, and trying to find the option that made the most sense for me , without ever making me feel rushed.
What impressed me even more was how thorough he was. While looking into the problem I came in for, he actually noticed a few other things I wasn’t even aware of, explained them to me, and helped take care of those as well.
Unfortunately, I think many of us have walked into phone stores before and felt like the employees were thinking, “Why are they here?” I’ve definitely experienced that cold or uninterested attitude at other provider stores. Shadad was the complete opposite. He made me feel so welcome and comfortable, almost like I was at home.
The funniest part was that while I was there, a friend of mine came to meet me. He knew I had been trying to figure out my phone situation and had actually found another place to take me. As soon as he arrived, he said, “Talk to them, I’m taking you somewhere else.” But after watching Shadad help me for a little while, he completely changed his mind and said, “Let’s stay. This guy is good. I don’t think anyone else is going to help you like this.” ?
That pretty much says it all!
