I originally went to a Verizon store in Grand Central and the rep there completely screwed up my account. She signed me up for a bunch of addons on all my phone lines (Hulu and mobile hotspots) where each addon cost me $10 a month. I was about to cancel my Verizon service, but luckily I went to this Verizon store and Reshma helped solve all my problems. She worked with a Verizon rep on the phone for over an hour!! It really shows that she cares.”
