“I have had major issues with Spectrum's customer service over the phone. That particular team needs work and vetting, because they seriously seem incompetent. However, the live customer reps at this Spectrum location have always been helpful, diligent, and efficient. Shout out to Carlos, who is the manager at the QCM location, but was working at the Austin St site when I visited. He swiftly helped me get a promotional deal that was promised to me when I first signed up with Spectrum. He was great. Multiple reps over the phone ignored me and failed to get me the promo, which is why I would recommend going directly to your local store for help if you want someone to actually listen and understand your problem.”

“I feel bad that this location doesn't get good ratings because I've ALWAYS had good service here. I came in again today to work on a billing issue and I actually had the same tech who helped me on my last visit, Sabbir, who is SUPER good at his job, super friendly and helpful! As someone in the service industry, I truly appreciate good customer service and Sabbir embodies this. Promote this man! Also, I've dealt with Verizon customer service and had a TERRIBLE experience in the past, so dealing with Spectrum customer service is truly a breath of fresh air.”

“Randy the Manager at Verizon store in Bay Terrace, NY is a great manager who is personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was able to solve activation problem with my new phone that 3 verizon reps over the phone can't help. I was already frustrated from having to spend over 3 hours on the phone. I am so glad I went to the store & was able to get resolved with the issue activating my phone. The store has a bunch of customer service reps helping people as they come in. I was surprised to find the short wait time as well. Will be back if I need a new phone.”

Due to a wiring problem in my building, I was not able to use Verizon and had to go with another company instead, but this was not Verizon's fault. That was unfortunate because Nicole was very good and deserved the sale.”

“I was having problems activating two cellphone lines with spectrum, I originally did my order over the phone with reps at spectrum. After 3 weeks of the order not processing and me calling and chatting with spectrum reps and no one being able to tell me why the order wasn’t going through, they said “at this point the best thing for you to do is go into a store and try to resolve the issue there”. I made my way to this store and was lucky enough to have been helped by Kevin, I can easily say that in all the years I’ve owned a cellphone and have had to interact with any carriers employee, Kevin was the best by a long shot. Professional, incredibly helpful. Went step by step with me in order for me to have my order processed. And after all his hard work, my order finally went through. Once again I cannot stress enough how much he went above and beyond to help me.”
