“I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store on Saturday, August 1st. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by the sparkling magenta entrance, and the store was clean, organized, and had a friendly atmosphere.
Solinne was the representative who helped me, and she provided excellent customer service. “I went into this store to have my wife switch over from AT&T to T-Mobile. To make a long story short, there was a lot of complications doing this because of AT&T. But lucky us we was being helped by a lady name Jahaira. She has to be one of the most pleasant store assistant/sales rep I have ever met. It took more than an hour but not one time did she show any frustration at all. The store closes at 8pm and we was there passed that time. Her other co-workers went home but she continuosly helped us. She always had a smile on her face and was always super informative and helpful. Her customer service was outstanding.
