“After being told a bunch of lies from customer service over the phone and empty promises, Joyce and Fernando at this T-Mobile location saved our sanity! So thankful for both of them trying their best to adjust our payments also accepting to process a trade in and deal with our many questions and frustration from our terrible phone experience.. I will never again call T-Mobile for anything!!! I will however pay for my parking at the mall and wait for assistance at this location, sometimes going old school and walking in and speaking with someone face to face is the way to go.”
“I just came back for my phone upgrade on Sunday and decided on the iPhone 16 Pro and I’m so happy with it. I went back to the same associate that walked me through the process and promotional offer. Tenzin really took the time to ensure the transfer from my old iPhone and to the new one was smooth & seamless. He was helping me and other customers at the same time, but didn’t leave me hanging and checked in on my transfer process every 2-5 minutes. There was one hiccup during the whole process but his colleague at the store was quick to step in to help us. Thank goodness for people that are more tech-savvy than me!
Overall, a positive experience at this location and as I said before - Tenzin is your go-to guy. He’s patient, professional, and takes the time to explains everything.”
