“I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I ought to know because I’ve been coming here for 37 years. The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. Too many porch pirates ( thieves) in the building I currently reside in .”

“I visited the post office to retake a photo for my passport renewal. I left a review on usps but I also wanted to leave a review here. Ms. S Patel was the woman that helped me with everything! She literally did not wait for me to ask her for help she took the initiative and handled everything for me very efficiently. If I ever need any assistance with my passport I would definitely come back to this location ! She made my experience wonderful. My appointment was at 1:15 I arrived at 12:55 and was done by 1:10!!!! Thank you Ms SPatel !”
“Always has a very good selection of stamps compared to other post offices and you can't necessarily count on that in New York City. The clerks are also very helpful with whatever you need to do.”
“Ms. Nelson I believe? Or whoever was working clerk 15 on Friday around 2pm was so kind and helpful! I was nervous because it was my first time delivering something but she made the process of shipping my package clear and quick. She was so beautiful too I loved her hair!”

“Most of the employees here are excellent. Most of the time few customers are in this post office and they behave properly. The location is nice and tidy.
These things CAN NOT BE SAID OF 11385, that post office is worse than a zoo.”
“Went around 2pm on a weekday for a money order. The line was pretty long and they only had 2 windows open. The man at the window was very helpful and descriptive on how to fill out the money order once received. Wait was ~20 mins for a 2 min interaction! Shame they don't open more windows to help service move faster.”
“Like others have said, friendliest service I have received in NYC! My clerk was #10 according to my receipt. Before being served she served an incredibly rude lady who made several rudimentary mistakes with her mail and she remained kind and patient (though if it were me I would have allowed her to make the mistakes and receive the package she was sending back at her house…)”
“Arlene is the most efficient of all and she s a sweetheart too. She takes pride in her job, does it very well because she puts her heart into it. I had lots of parcels to send and she was very patient and attentive. She did make up 100 times for the frustration we can get sometimes. I wish all the usps employees were like her!”

“I lived in Cliffside for 13 years and I just walked by there one day never knowing the post office was there. If anyone knows the post office on Anderson Ave near pizza corner it is never open and if it is they are so rude. Is there a phone # for this place? Only the 800 #?

“They’re direct but get the job done. NOTE: it’s posted that they open at 10am but they merely take that as a suggestion. They open the doors between 1015 and 1030.”

“I have a PO Box at this location, and was expecting a package. However, the tracking info was giving me a different PO location.
I went to the window and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Javier Velazquez. Mr. Velazquez listened and explain to me in detail the process, why I was receiving a different PO location. He checked my info and retrieved my package. I left the PO with my package (I thought it lost).
Mr. Velazquez wasn't nasty and didn't have an attitude. He was very helpful and informative.

“NYC post offices can really be hit or miss and this one is the best one I've experienced so far. Advice I would give is don't show up 15 minutes before closing time or expect a line and testy customers and staff. If you go early in the day you can walk right up to a window. They are efficient and get the job done and are friendly if you have your business together and don't waste their and other people's time if you don't.”
“The gentleman that has been there for years is carrying this post office on his back!! He’s the nicest person I have ever encountered that works at a post office. Usually these people are rude and disgusting for no reason. I forgot his name but he is a light skinned black man. I ship packages at least 10 times a week and I specifically stand and wait for him. He should train these incoming employees so they can see how to treat people. Give him a raise immediately!”
