Prince, the owner of the showroom was so pleasant and helpful that he personally helped us with listening to our needs and not up sell anything to us with his interest in mind. “went here to ger something for my husband for Father Day. He loves getting pedicures with me, so i saw this foot and spa foot bath. I didn't even think about opening it up to look inside. The next day i gave him his gifts and IT WAS USED. We thought it was dust at first but then we saw bottle caps inside. So im assuming someone returned it and the staff never looked inside to see if everything was in check. Someone could have put nonsense in there and returned it. The place is great and nice staff, i got a refund of store credit but i think when customers returned prodcuts it should be check through thoroughly.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Gothic Cabinet Craft located on Tarrytown Road in White Plains. The sales person Robert is very knowledgeable about the merchandise and has a positive vibe about him. One can tell that he truly enjoys his job.My first purchase was a platform bed made of birchwood which includes six drawers. I purchased it 5 years ago and Robert was the salesman then. To this day the bed has remained intact.Gothic Cabinet Craft makes the best wood furniture in the US. They make very solid and durable pieces that last for a very long time.About a month ago I bought a storage piece which is called a chiffonier. It has seven drawers ,a door & 2 shelves. I had it painted in Golden oak. It looks so beautiful in my living room. I appreciate this piece so much because Robert was able to help me choose the right color that would go well with my living room furniture.I must say that a salesman that takes the time to truly provide great customer service makes the shopping experience at Gothic Cabinet Craft very pleasant. I highly recommend coming here to purchase high quality wood furniture. You won't regret it.”
