“We had the pleasure of having John help us this evening when we came in looking for a new washer/dryer combo. He was super helpful, answered all our questions and got us exactly what we were looking for. He was not pushy and we didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. His manager Steve also came over to assist, who was also very friendly and made us feel confident that we received a great product at the best possible price!! Fun fact: We didn’t realize the store closed at 8:00 and they both stayed to finished my transaction without even letting me know that the store was technically closed. When I found out I felt terrible and said “why didn’t you tell me!!” and John said, “when you have guests over, do you kick them out?” I would highly recommend John and Steve at PC Richard in West Babylon. They gave us the VIP experience!!”

“Red’s is the best. I needed a gas dryer for our home the same day since ours gave out. I went to Best Buy (2) & The Home Depot (2) and neither of them had any models to take home same-day. I found Red’s on Google and I got a great deal (cheaper that the others) and was in and out within 10 minutes. The BEST part? It’s the matching set to our Samsung washer machine. We started our visit with a warm friendly welcome and offering of a pumpkin latte that was brought over to us as we sat with our very professional salesperson, Brendan. Our golden retriever joined us we we were lead through an imaculate store to see all 5 appliance categories. “When we needed a new fridge, I stopped in at Smithtown Appliance with the expectation of high prices and not being treated well since I wasn't in the market fora gourmet kitchen refrigerator. Boy was I wrong! While I wasn't sure of the exact typed or model I was in the market for just yet, my Sales Rep, Brandon, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the different types. Ultimately Brandon gave me what I though was a very fair price on a GE freanch door fridge. I left and did my due diligence in shopping with my wife to find out the price he gave me was more then fair. Ultimately my wife and I decided on a different GE Model that Brandon was instrumental in helping us make this decision. After seeing the models we liked at numerous other establishments, when Brandon gave us the price of the model we Ultimately chose it was $200 less then the best price we could find. We placed the order and, while disappointed in the delivery/take away fee (Brandon worked on that price too), they delivered the next day! The delivery crew was extremely professional and very careful with our wood floors and door jambs.

“Ever since moving to Long Island, I have found myself at Home Depot more times than I would have imagined. It's so great that they're located very close to my home. They have all of the essentials and offer a very affordable price. Generally, the customer service is good, however I have noticed that there is an apparent staff shortage at times. I found myself waiting 20 minutes to get help with my project and had asked the manager multiple times for available team member for assistance. I did ultimately receive the help and I was given a 10% discount for the trouble. Parking is always plentiful and the store is neat and organized. Pretty much has anything for your home needs indoors and outdoors. Shoutout to Krissy for her excellent customer service and providing me with a discount.”
“We shopped at the Crooked Hill Rd store and bought a bbq. We had the help of Tim the garden manager and he could not have been more helpful! He helped my husband try to fit it every way possible - then took off one of the side tables so we could fit it i our car! Such a very nice man!”
“Very happy with the effort the staff put in to find and order the part I was looking for. After GE was pretty much useless and implying I would need a much more expensive replacement option. I contacted Marcone and even though we could not find the correct part originally, the staff diligently researched for the correct part which cost much less than what I would have spend if I continued to work with GE. Will definitely work with the local supply store again if need be in the future.”
“This is a clean and well stocked Home Depot. If you can get an employee to help you, they are nice, helpful and many speak Spanish. They had everything that I was looking for and it was all easy to find. The store layout is similar to other Home Depots, so it did not take long to get what I needed. The parking lot is a disaster. It is not well maintained, there are pot holes and garbage all over and lighting is not that great at night.”

“I have had great experiences working with RTV for multiple appliance repairs. They are honest, transparent and upfront about what is involved in any repair. The owner, Andrew, is an exceptional technician and incredibly knowledgeable in the trade. Sometimes the initial attempt at a repair are not always “the fix” but RTV has always followed through and ultimately resolved the issue. I’ve realized that appliances today are far more complicated than machines from 20 years ago and I am glad to have a company like RTV that I can call for help whenever I need them.”

“I just purchased a GE refigerator from the Bayside, NY, location and the salesman, Louis, and the delivery team (I wish I had asked their names) were excellent. Once purchased I received emails immediately from Louis with receipts and delivery times. The fridge was delivered in a few days and I received the fridge within the promised 3-hour delivery window. Both delivery men were very professional and careful negotiating the fridge up the 3rd floor walk up. Kudos to PC Richard for a great experince. I will be going back to this location in the futire.”
