“I had an excellent experience at TJ Maxx thanks to a manager named Cindy. I came in to return a damaged item—a set of spice jars where the base holder was broken. Unfortunately, there were no identical sets available to exchange it for, only similar ones with slight differences like lid color.
Even though she didn’t have to, Cindy went above and beyond to help me. She took the time at the counter to open up another box and carefully replace just the broken base piece for me. I know that’s not an easy or typical thing to do, and I truly appreciated the effort she put in just to make things right.
I walked in disappointed, but thanks to Cindy, I left extremely happy. It’s rare to see that level of customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. I’ll definitely be coming back, knowing that if anything ever goes wrong, Cindy will be there to take care of it.”

“Just had amazing customer service at Homesense. The cashier was very nice....but even better, as I was leaving the store, I realized I had lost my keys. A young man employee went all around the store with me helping to look for them. Thankfully, someone turned them in! The young man was very helpful, even after my keys were found. He helped me to take my purchases to my car. I'm thankful for everyone's kindness.”

“I always enjoy shopping at the Victor Kohl's. My return visit was to purchase a garden sign I had seen on my previous visit. The sign was still available and it was on sale and I was able to purchase it using my $10 bonus. I was a "very happy camper"!”
“This Target location seems to have gotten a bad rap - especially by my own mother. My husband, daughter and I were in the area visiting my mother recently and stuck at the worst Holiday Inn on earth right next door, we popped in to grab some items we needed. I found this Target was just fine - a typical Target store and typical staff. I honestly have no complaints about this location at all.”
“Here’s the thing with Burlington. It is a hit or miss and you have to really search for the things that you want. I will go in the beginning of the week because there’s less people there but if you wait until the weekend of course like it’s a rush and you’ll probably miss out on the things that you want. but they have a great variety of household items, clothing, soap, anything you could think of you just have to take your time and look and be patient and like I said, go in the beginning of the week Monday Tuesday Wednesday maybe even Sunday”

“I truly want to thank Kohl's in Webster, specifically Joelle, the store manager, for being absolutely AMAZING in helping to correct a situation regarding an online order for a Lionel train, which arrived defective (defective due to poor quality by Lionel, not any fault of Kohl's). Joelle was able to help me so that we did not have to go through the extremely long warranty turn around time of Lionel.
If you are looking to shop at a retail store where the store manager GENUINELY CARES about customer service, I highly recommend the Kohl's store in Webster, NY. Joelle is truly fantastic!!!”
